Userinterface II

Adaption of the Userinterface:

The userinterface of the LayoutEditor is highly adjustable. Beside the normal adaption like hideing of toolbars, etc. there is the possibility to run the LayoutEditor in 4 different modes.

Available Modes:

	Viewer Mode: A basic viewer with 14 functions. No editing is possible.
	Basic Mode: A simple editor with 39 functions.
	Intermediate Mode: A editor with all you need for normal applications with 70 functions.
	Full Mode: A complex editor with all available Functions like Macros, Design Rule Checker, etc. Overall it has more than 150 different functions.

Setup the Default Mode:

The default mode after starting the LayoutEditor can be setup via the Setup-Dialog (View/Mode)
